Truffle Steak with Parmesan Fries

Ingredients

For the steak:
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
2 tbsp Nourish Truffle Olive Oil
Salt & freshly cracked black pepper
1 tbsp butter (optional)
Fresh thyme (optional)
For the Parmesan fries:
3 large potatoes, cut into fries
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup grated Parmesan
Salt

Instructions

Pat the steak dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

Heat a pan until very hot. Sear steak 3–4 minutes per side (adjust to preference).

Remove from heat and drizzle with Nourish Truffle Olive Oil. Let rest 5 minutes.

Toss fries with olive oil and bake at 220°C until golden and crisp.

Sprinkle hot fries with Parmesan and salt.
