Classic Focaccia with Flaky Salt & Olive Oil Dip

Ingredients

For the focaccia:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt
1 ¼ cups warm water
¼ cup Nourish Original Olive Oil
2 tbsp extra Nourish Olive Oil (for topping)
Flaky sea salt
Fresh rosemary (optional)
For the olive oil dip:
¼ cup Nourish Original Olive Oil
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp chili flakes
Fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.

Add warm water and Nourish Olive Oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.

Let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.

Transfer to an oiled baking tray. Press gently with your fingertips to create dimples.

Drizzle generously with Nourish Olive Oil, sprinkle flaky salt and rosemary.

Bake at 200°C for 20–25 minutes until golden.

Mix dip ingredients and serve alongside warm focaccia

The more generous the drizzle, the crispier the crust. Let the focaccia cool slightly before slicing to maintain texture. Add olives or cherry tomatoes for variation.
